Larry Byrne and Paul Mavis forged a strong professional bond while Larry was head of production for Ogilvy and Paul was Unilever’s production consultant.

The production strategies they developed over 15 years were embraced by agency and client alike, first in the U.S. and then around the world, allowing for faster cycle times and cost efficiencies, ultimately making an important contribution to the enduring success of Dove’s Campaign for Real Beauty.


And because campaigns have continued to grow in scope and complexity, Larry and Paul created Lakehouse Partners, built from the ground up to provide production strategies, production advisory and production services, all under one roof.

One of the world's leading production consultants, Paul pioneered efforts to help L’Oréal, Pfizer and Unilever achieve cost-effective production practices, while also harmonizing relationships among their advertising agencies and the production community. Paul advises brand marketers, in virtually every category, on content production strategy for all channels.

As one of advertising’s most resourceful content creators, Larry innovated production and delivery models for Aldi, BP, SC Johnson, Sears and Unilever while in his roles as Chief Content Officer at Leo Burnett, Chief Production Officer at Ogilvy, Chief Content Officer at Publicis Communications and as a consultant to Deloitte Digital. Larry applies his unique perspective to developing practical content creation strategies for clients of all sizes.

Walter Thompson, Leo Burnett, The TEAM Companies, and her own consultancy, MLG Talent Strategy & Consulting. Marcelle has helped Fiat-Chrysler, Miller Brewing, Pepsi and United Airlines make informed decisions and avoid unwelcome surprises, all while balancing creativity and budget realities.

Widely praised as one of the most imaginative marketing finance executives in the industry, Francisco broke new ground at Texas Instruments, blending financial management best practices with state-of the art marketing procurement insight. He continued to evolve his productivity-based approach at his firm, JFE International, having served IPG, Omnicom and WPP and advertisers such as Coca Cola, Lowes, Novartis and State Farm.


Francisco is our Chief Operating Officer.

J. Francisco Escobar

One of the most versatile leaders in advertising content production, Jason honed his skills as Managing Director at Ebel Productions and later as a respected executive producer for many leading commercial directors. He also reengineered the internal studios at Ogilvy and Prodigious, doubling their capacity to serve clients like Aldi, CDW, Kimberly-Clark and SC Johnson.

Among advertising’s most awarded print production leaders, Jeff led print departments at DDB and Downtown Partners, bringing campaigns to life for Anheuser-Busch, Dell, McDonald’s and State Farm. Elevating craft and creativity through innovative solutions, his trusted relationships with clients, creative teams and suppliers are a testament to his commitment to collaboration.

Jennifer’s passion for mining consumer and cultural insights has helped create marketing strategies for blue chip CPG, retail and healthcare businesses. In her leadership roles at Ogilvy, Element79 and mcgarrybowen, Jennifer patiently and successfully untangled marketing challenges on such brands as Sears, Hoover, Good Humor-Breyers, PepsiCo, Lurie Children’s Hospital and Marriott Hotels.
